Fixed Rate
When you select a fixed rate, the exchange rate is locked at the moment you create your order.

Important: Your transaction must arrive within 10 minutes and the amount must exactly match the order. If the market rate changes by more than 1.2% before your transaction appears on the blockchain, you will be offered a refund or to continue at the market rate.
Float Rate
The exchange rate is determined when your transaction receives the required blockchain confirmations.

Example: You exchange 1 BTC for ETH. With fixed rate, you get exactly the quoted amount. With float rate, the ETH amount may vary based on market movements.
Frequently Asked Questions
As soon as your transaction arrives at our address and receives the required number of network confirmations, the exchange is automatically performed and a transaction is sent to your wallet. The waiting time depends on the network fee you set when sending and the current speed of the blockchain network.
If you send a transaction with a low network fee, you may wait longer for order completion. The order will execute automatically only after your transaction receives the required network confirmations. Low fees may result in poor priority and delayed confirmation.
The network fee amount is individual for each blockchain. Higher fees mean higher priority and faster processing. Your wallet usually calculates the optimal fee automatically. For Bitcoin or Ethereum transactions waiting too long, you can use the RBF (Replace-By-Fee) feature to increase priority.
Carefully check that the network of your address matches the network of the currency you selected. If your address is determined invalid, the address network does not match the selected currency network.
Order status updates in real-time on the order page. We recommend keeping the page open until completion. You can also subscribe to email notifications. When transactions enter the network, explorer links appear to track them.
If your transaction hasn’t arrived before the order time passes, you can choose to: (1) Continue the exchange at a floating rate after the transaction is received, or (2) Request a refund minus the network fee by specifying your return address.
