Getting started with AceChange

AceChange team cares to provide our users with the best money transfer experience, in that order, we recommend you to start your journey with creating an account. These few easy steps will help you to navigate the registration process promptly:

Step 1

  • Visit AceChange home page.
  • Click “Register” button on the top right to start the registration.

Step 2

  • Fill in your details in the pop-up form.
  • Make sure to check spelling of your Name and Nickname.
  • Type valid email address.
  • Create a strong password.
  • Agree to the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy.

Step 3

  • Now you should be receiving an email to the registered address.
  • If you weren’t able to find the email please, check junk folder and mark it as “not spam”.
  • Resend the email or Change if necessary.

Step 4

  • Open the email from AceChange and confirm it.

Step 5

  • Your account has been successfully created.

Step 6

  • Now you can use your email and password to Log in.
    Note: For security reasons you will be automatically logged out if you are inactive for an extended time frame. In this case, you need to Log in back again.

Account Set Up

Step 1

  • Log in to your account.

Step 2

  • Click on your Nickname on the top right.
  • Select “Profile” from the drop-down menu.

Step 3

  • Find “Basic Info”.
  • Press “Change Profile Picture” and upload photo from your computer.
  • Check your Email address and Change if necessary.

Step 4

  • Toggle items you wish to receive notifications.

Step 5

  • Complete “Identity Verification” to unlock higher withdrawal limit and level up to Silver or Gold Status.

My Orders

Once you’ve created a request to Buy or Sell crypto or just sending an International transfer, you’d probably wonder what is the status of your order? Follow these few easy steps on how to find and review your orders.

Step 1

  • Navigate to “My Orders” tab.

Step 2

  • Select the type of the orders you wish to check on. Buy & Sell crypto or International transfers:
    (for Cryptocurrency orders you should be able to see you previous and current Buy & Sell orders.)
  • This is the example of one of the Sell crypto orders.
  • For International transfers you can see the history of completed and open transactions.
  • This is the example of one of the International transfers.

Step 3

  • Track your recent activity on Dashboard.

How to buy Crypto

Step 1

  • Go to Buy & Sell Crypto tab.

Step 2

  • Press “I want to buy”.

Step 3

  • Select the cryptocurrency you desire to Buy.

Step 4

  • Type the amount you want to buy in your local currency.
    What does “Trade limit” mean?

    You can see the balance of USDT the Agent has available at the moment. It means you cannot make a request to Buy the amount of USDT that exceeds the Agent’s set Trade limit.

Step 5

  • Select your Country from the drop-down list.

Step 6

  • Choose the available Payment method.
    Discover Advanced Settings

    By enabling the Advanced settings, you will be able to specify the City, Payment options or pick a certain Agent from the list.

    What does “Online Agent” mean?

    To make your request visible to online Agents only, toggle “Online agent”.

    What does “Choose your Agent” mean?

    If you wish to choose from the list of available Agents, toggle “Choose your agent”. Pick an Agent and press “Sell”.


    Note: This method doesn’t require the previous filling of the criteria.


    Create a request for a new trade. Type the amount you are selling to the Agent in your local currency and press “Send request”.


    Note: Check the Agent's terms of trade before submitting the request.

Step 7

  • Press “Buy” and the agent will be automatically assigned to you order based on the criteria you have entered.

Step 8

  • On the next page you will be provided with Agent’s payment details and fees charged.
    Note: Please, make sure to check all the details carefully and use the same payment method you have selected while creating an order.
    What does “Selfie Verification” mean?

    The Agent may request for additional identity verification in the customer's chat. This will require you taking a selfie with your ID and written Verification code on a piece of paper provided by the Agent in the chat.


    Note: You can also contact your Agent via chat in case you require more information regarding the payment.
    What does “Payment window” mean?

    Please, mind that the payment time is limited. The agent sets the time frame in which you have to complete the payment, otherwise the order will be automatically set to declined. The time frame will be reflecting next to the “Payment window” in the Payment Action section.


    You will be able to check if the money was sent next to the “Payment status”.
    What does “Payment status” mean?

    In this section, you will find the current status of your trade. The status is also seen by the Agent. After you confirm the payment, the status will be changed to “Money sent”. This way it indicates to the Agent that the money was sent to their account and they can release the cryptocurrency to your Wallet. The status will be reflecting as “Completed”.

    What does “Frozen trade” mean?

    If there is any issue occurs during your identity verification or you confirm the payment without the actual payment your account will be temporarily suspended until the further investigation. To resolve the issue you have to submit a ticket to Support team.

    How do you contact your Agent?

    You can ask the Agent for additional information regarding the payment or request additional proof in the customer chat.

Step 9

  • First, make the payment and press “I Pay” to confirm your transaction to the Agent.
    Note: It is very important to press “I Pay” after completing the payment. Otherwise, your order will be suspended.

Step 10

  • Agent will release the cryptocurrency to your Wallet once the money received. The payment status will be changed to “Finished”. It means your trade was successful.
    Note: You should be able to see the cryptocurrency credited to your account at “Available Balance”.

How to sell Crypto

Step 1

  • Go to Buy & Sell Crypto tab.

Step 2

  • Press “I want to sell”.

Step 3

  • Select the cryptocurrency you desire to Sell.

Step 4

  • Type the amount of crypto to Sell or to receive in your local currency. The amount to receive will be automatically calculated once you enter the number of cryptocurrency you want to sell and the other way around.
    How to Sell Crypto faster?

    To make your trade go smoothly, deposit Crypto to your Wallet before making an order. You can check if the money were deposited to your Wallet at Available Balance on your profile.

Step 5

  • Select your Country from the drop-down list.

Step 6

  • Choose the available Payment method.

    What does “Online agent” mean?

Step 7

  • Press “Sell” and the agent will be automatically assigned to you order based on the criteria you have entered.

Step 8

  • Type the payment details where you wish to receive the money.

Step 9

  • Wait for the Agent to make a payment. Once you confirm the payment has arrived to the designated account you can release the BTC.
    Note: Never release BTC without making sure the payment has arrived.
    How to contact an AGENT?

    You can ask for additional information regarding the payment or request an additional proof in the customer chat.

    What does “Selfie verification” mean?

    The Agent may request for additional identity verification in the customers chat. This will require you taking a selfie with your ID and written Verification code on a piece of paper provided by the Agent in the chat.

    What does “Payment window” mean?

    The Agent has to complete the payment within the time frame you specified during the order creation. The time is reflected next to the “Payment window” in the Payment Action section. If the payment hasn’t been made before the deadline the trade automatically sets to declined.

    What does “Payment status” mean?

    In this section, you will find the current status of your trade. The status is also seen by the Agent. After the Agent confirms the payment, their status will be changed to “Money sent” and your’s to “Release BTC”. This way it notifies you that the money was sent to your account and you can release the cryptocurrency to the Agent’s Wallet. The status will be reflecting as “Completed”.

    What does “Frozen trade” mean?

    If there is any issue occurs during your identity verification or the Agent confirms the payment earlier than the payment has been made to your account the trade gets on hold.

    To resolve the issue, you need to create a Support ticket.

Step 10

  • The status of the trade will be changed to “Finished”. The trade is considered to be completed.

International Transfer

Step 1

  • To transfer the money worldwide navigate to the “International Transfers” tab.

Step 2

  • Select the destination country where you want to transfer the money to.
    Note: The list of countries may change in the use of the availability of agents in certain locations.
  • Choose the payment delivery method where the transfer should arrive.

Step 3

  • Select the country you are sending the transfer from, payment method and the amount to be sent.

Step 4

  • Indicate the receiver’s account details in order for them to receive your transfer.
  • You will be provided with an Order summary where you will be able to find the recipient's and Agent’s account details where to make a payment. Once the payment to the Agent has been completed, press “I pay” to confirm your order.
    Note: In case of confirming the payment before the actual transfer, your order will be frozen until further investigation.
  • Agent releases the money to the recipient. You will have 12 hours to confirm the recipient received the payment. If you don’t confirm the transaction within 12 hours the transaction will be automatically set to completed with no further cancellation.
  • Once the Agent receives a confirmation the transfer will be considered as completed.

How to Withdraw Crypto

Step 1

  • Select “Wallet” from drop-down list under your Profile.

Step 2

  • Click “...” next to the crypto you wish to withdraw to call out the additional options and press “Withdraw”.
    Note: The system may request for additional Identity verification if it hasn’t been done before. If you already have all the levels of verification completed you will be transferred to the next step.

Step 3

  • Choose the way to authorize your future withdrawal manipulations.
  • For Google Authenticator:
    • Install the application to be able to receive the verification codes. If you already have and account with Google Authenticator, proceed with the next step.
    • Scan the QR code with your device in order to add Ace Change to your list on Google Authenticator.
    • Write down your backup key and put it in a safe place. Don’t save it on your device or provide access to third parties.
  • For SMS verification:
    • Select Enable SMS authentication. Fill in your mobile number and enter the confirmation code.
    • Click “Submit”.

Step 4

  • Enter the cryptocurrency address where you want the money to be sent. Make sure the address of the wallet matches the type of cryptocurrency you selected on the page.
    Note: If you are attempting to withdraw BTC the address you enter should be for BTC only. Otherwise, the transaction will not be processed.

How to become an Agent

Become an AceChange partner and start your own business by providing exchange services to our customers.

  • One the Dashboard page sign up for AceChange agent.
  • Fill in the required fields and press “Continue”.
  • Select your country from the drop-down list and add your number.
  • Please, confirm your phone number by entering a code from the SMS.
  • Verify your identity by uploading a good quality scan copy of one of the documents listed below.
    Note: You can take a new photo or upload the documents from your computer. Bad quality copies or any forged documents will result in account suspension.
  • The next step will be uploading a selfie with your Passport.
  • Confirm your billing address by uploading bank statement, utility bill or employment certificate.
  • Submit your application and wait for the status confirmation email. In the meanwhile, check how to Buy and Sell crypto with AceChange.
  • Once your application is processed you will be able to see “Agent” on your Profile status.

How to Post a Trade (Agent)

Step 1

  • Navigate to “Post a Trade” tab.

Step 2

  • Put the limit amount of USDT you prefer to use for trading OR “Update” to set a different amount.
    Note: Please, make sure to deposit USDT before setting a limit. The limit amount will be reserved from your balance until you set a different amount. You will not be able to change the limit until all your trades are completed.

Step 3

  • Add one or more Payment Methods you support for the future Trading. This information will be shown to users who are Buying/Selling crypto with you as the indicator where they should make a payment to.
    Note: For future “Bank transfers” please, add the payment method within your country.

Step 4

  • Once the Trade limit and Payment method are set, you can create a new Trade to be advertised for users.

Step 5

  • Select the type of the Trade: Buy or Sell and fill in the form. Add your Country and City, type of Cryptocurrency you want to Buy or Sell and your local Currency. Choose one of the Payment methods you’ve added to your profile previously and set the minimum fee for the transaction. In addition, add the % to the Fee for the Trades over USD $1000.
    Note: For the trades that include Bank transfer, you must use the same Payment method that was added to your Active payment methods within the same country. For example: Agent X is located in USA and he prefers to use Citigroup Bank for trading. Once he creates a new Ad for Buy / Sell crypto with Bank transfer, he must select the same Bank under the Payment method and the same Location.
  • Write your requirements to the Trade under the “Terms of the Trade” and set the time frame in which the Trade has to be completed. Press “Publish”.
    Note: There are additional features for your Trade. You can choose between showing your Ad to Verified users only or Allow anonymous transactions.
  • See your new Trade under the “Opened Trades”. You can Edit it if needed.
    Note: Once a user applies for you trade you will receive a notification on the top right.
  • You should be able to see an open Trade page and take all necessary actions.

How to Deposit cryptocurrencies?

Step 1

  • Select “Wallet” from drop-down list under your Profile.

Step 2

  • Click “...” next to the crypto you wish to deposit to call out the additional options and press “Deposit”.
    Note: The system may request for additional Identity verification if it hasn’t been done before. If you already have all the levels of verification completed you will be transferred to the next step.

Step 3

  • Choose the way to authorize your future withdrawal manipulations.
  • Install Google Authenticator to be able to receive verification codes. If you already have and account with Google Authenticator click “Next”.
  • Scan the QR code with your device in order to add AceChange to your list on Google Authenticator.
  • Write down your backup key and put in a safe place. Don’t save it on your device or provide access to it to third parties.

Step 4

  • Copy the address provided on the page or scan QR where the money should be sent.
    Note: If you are attempting to deposit BTC, make sure the address you sending the money from is used for BTC only.

Upgrade the Withdrawal Limit

To access all the benefits of transferring money with higher limits you need to complete the identity verification.

Step 1

  • Click on your nickname on the top right and select “Profile” from the drop-down list.

Step 2

  • Press “Upgrade to higher limit” OR “Verify” in order to obtain “Silver” or “Gold” Status that will allow you to withdraw with higher limits.
    Note: Your status is being set to “Bronze” after the registration with USD $1500 limit. You can upgrade it to “Silver” with access to USD $10000. If your account has been already upgraded to “Silver” you can apply for “Gold”.

Step 3

To get you withdrawal limit request processed you must fill in the details below:

  • Your address.
  • Valid phone number.
  • Type the SMS code received to your number.

Step 4

  • Select the type of the document you want to use for verification and upload the good quality scan copy.
    Note: Bad quality copies or any forged documents will result in account suspension.

Step 5

Follow the steps below to submit your documents.

  • Take or Upload a photo from your computer.
  • Make sure the details in the document are clearly visible.

    Note: Cropped or blurry documents will not be accepted.
  • Press “Confirm” to complete.
    Note: The same procedure can be followed with the rest of the ID documents.

Step 6

  • Please, wait for the email confirming your new Status.
  • Once your verification is processed you should be able to see your new status on Dashboard or Profile page.

Step 7

  • Press “Verify” to upgrade to Gold.
  • Prepare to upload or take a selfie.
  • Upload most resent selfie or take one right on the spot.
    Note: Make sure you’ve got web camera installed.
  • Press “Confirm” once you have the photo uploaded.
  • Add the proof of your address. You can apply bank statement, utility bill linked to your property or employment certificate. All the documents must include an issue date and your name on it. It shouldn’t be older than 3 months since the issue date.
  • Please, wait for the email confirming your new Status.
