1. How can I track my exchange?
Use your exchange ID at acechange.io/track or check the email we sent when you initiated the exchange.
2. My exchange is taking longer than expected. What should I do?
First, check the blockchain confirmation status of your deposit. If your deposit hasn't been confirmed by the network yet, we're waiting just like you are. If it has been more than 1 hour since your deposit was confirmed, contact support with your Exchange ID and transaction hash.
3. I sent the wrong cryptocurrency. Can you help?
Contact support immediately with your Exchange ID and transaction details. Recovery may be possible in some cases but is not guaranteed and may take additional time.
4. How do I report a bug or security issue?

5. Do you offer phone support?
No. Crypto services are frequent targets of phone scams. To protect you, we use only secure written communication (chat and email). Any phone call claiming to be AceChange support is a scam and should be ignored.
6. Can I talk to someone in my language?
Our support team speaks English, Spanish, French, German, and Russian. When you contact us, feel free to mention your preferred language and we will do our best to accommodate you.
