The rate is fixed for 10 MINUTES from the moment of order creation.
With a fixed rate, the Partner Service undertakes to execute the exchange at the displayed rate, provided that ALL THREE conditions are met:
- Time Condition: Transaction must appear in mempool/block WITHIN 10 MINUTES

Fixed rate fee: 1% + blockchain network fee (included in displayed rate)

Float rate fee: 0.5% + blockchain network fee (included in displayed rate)
3.2 Rate Type Comparison
