No KYC and Identity Data

🔐 Non-Custodial, Non-KYC Service

AceChange is a non-custodial, non-KYC routing service. We do NOT ask you to create an account, upload identity documents, or provide personal identifiers such as passport number, ID card, or selfie for the use of our own Services.

However, some partner exchanges or payment providers integrated into AceChange may, in certain cases, ask you directly for additional information to comply with their own legal obligations (for example, anti-money laundering or fraud prevention rules). • To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from authorities

Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing your information under the GDPR / UK GDPR may include:

We strive to minimize retention and may anonymize or aggregate data whenever possible.
  • Support communications: Kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and to improve our support, then periodically deleted or anonymized.
  • Technical logs: May be stored for a longer period where necessary for security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
ℹ️ Data Deletion Requests

If you request deletion of your personal data, we will review and honour your request where possible, subject to any legal obligations that require us to keep certain records.

7

Sharing Your Information

✅ We Do NOT Sell Your Data

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may share limited information in the following situations:

  • Partner exchanges and service providers: We route your swaps through partner exchanges and technology providers that help us deliver the Services (for example, liquidity providers, payment processors, infrastructure and analytics providers). These partners may independently log data about your transaction under their own privacy policies.
  • Legal and regulatory requirements: We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so, for example to comply with a court order, law, or lawful request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
  • Business transfers: If we engage in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
8
