How to swap crypto

🔍 Tracking your order
Open the Track Order tab, paste your order ID and tap Track. The status tells you exactly where your swap is in the pipeline.
Order just created. We're waiting for your deposit to arrive at the deposit address. No action needed — just send the coins.
Your deposit was detected in the mempool. Now we're waiting for blockchain confirmations. Takes 1–20 min depending on the network.
Confirmed. The swap engine is converting your coins right now. Usually under 1 minute.
Your swapped coins are being sent to your wallet. Almost done.
Complete. Your coins are in your wallet. Check your wallet to verify.

🚨 Emergency — what it means and what to do
An EMERGENCY status doesn't mean something broke. It means your order can't auto-complete because your deposit didn't match what was expected. The exchange is holding your funds safely and letting you decide what happens next.
- Wrong amount — you sent less than the minimum or more than the maximum.
- Late deposit — the 30-minute rate-lock expired and the deposit arrived after.
- Rate moved — on fixed-rate orders, if the rate moved too far before your deposit confirmed.
- 🔄 Exchange — complete the swap at the current market rate, using whatever amount actually arrived. Fastest option. You get swapped coins in your receiving wallet shortly.
- ↩️ Refund — send the deposit back to a wallet address you provide. You'll be asked for that address when you tap Refund.
EMERGENCY orders stay open until you choose. Your funds are not lost — they're sitting in the exchange's escrow waiting for your decision.
🧭 Full step-by-step procedure
Everything you need to do, from opening the app to receiving your coins.
Have your receiving wallet address ready (for the coin you want to get). Know roughly how much you want to send. That's it.
Tap the "You send" coin button to pick what you're sending. Tap "You receive" for what you want to get. Use the search field inside the picker — typing "monero" or "usdt" filters instantly.
As you type, the rate and the min/max limits for this pair update live. If the limit is too tight, adjust the amount or switch coins.
Float (0.5% fee) — you get the market rate when your deposit confirms. Usually better.
Fixed (1% fee) — the rate locks for 30 minutes. Safer if the market is moving fast.
Paste the wallet address for the coin you're receiving. If you've saved wallets before, tap 📂 Use a saved wallet to pick one with a single tap. For XRP, XLM, TON, ATOM, EOS, BNB or HBAR you'll also be asked for a Memo/Tag.
Double-check the amount, the address and the rate type. Tap Confirm. The app creates the order and shows the deposit screen.
You'll see a deposit address, a QR code (scan it from another device) and a 30-minute countdown. Send exactly the amount shown. If you're sending from an exchange, double-check the network.
The bot sends you a Telegram message at every stage — deposit detected, confirming, exchanging, sending. You can close the Mini App at any time. When it's done, your coins are in your wallet. Total time: usually 5–30 minutes.
Open the Track Order tab and enter your order ID (copy it from the Swap History tab). If the status is EMERGENCY, you'll see Exchange / Refund buttons. If the status is anything else, just wait — blockchains can be slow at peak times.
Save your most-used addresses in the 📂 Wallets tab and your favourite price targets in 🔔 Alerts. Next swap is just a few taps.

⚙️ Settings
🔒 PIN lock
Lock the app behind a 4–6 digit PIN. The PIN never leaves your device — only its salted hash is stored locally.
🚨 Self-destruct PIN
Set a second PIN that wipes orders, chat, addresses, alerts and settings from this device when entered at unlock. After wipe, the same PIN unlocks an empty app. Useful if you may be forced to unlock under duress.
⚠️ Set up a standard PIN first to enable self-destruct.
What does the wipe delete?
Deleted from this device: chat identity + messages, saved wallet addresses, price alerts, recent order references, push subscription, all local settings.
Server-side cleanup (best-effort): chat device revoked, encrypted chat backup deleted, push subscription removed.
NOT deleted: orders persist on the exchange's servers under the order ID + email you provided. If your device is in iCloud / Google backup, that backup may contain pre-wipe state.
Forensic limit: wipe is logical (clears the API access). Disk sectors may retain data until overwritten by normal phone use. Bit-level forensic recovery is OUTSIDE the app's control.
